BG-2 Small Case Gin   9 3/4" tall, dark yellow / olive green color glass, BIMAL, smooth base, case gin form bottle. Very nice, crude applied  top that has a very small flake of glass missing. Embossing on front of bottle reads : " COSMOPOLITE  /  (picture of man holding a bottle)   /  J. J. MELCHERS W Z  /  SCHIEDAM ". This bottle is in pretty good condition if it was not for a very small ping on the base heal and the flake of glass missing on the top. There is also over all exterior & interior haze and a bruise on the elbow of the man. All of these things are not bad and take nothing away from this rare, smaller size Melchers gin bottle. This would respond well to a tumble. No scratches, major chips or cracks. Circa 1870's.  $200.00

BG-3  10 3/4" tall, dark yellow / olive green color glass, BIMAL, smooth base, case gin form bottle. Very nice, crude applied  top that has a rough spot on  one edge. It looks like there was a air pocket or a low fill spot. In the making error? There is some glass missing though. Horizontal embossing on front of bottle reads : " J. J. MELCHERS W Z N ". This bottle is in pretty good condition if it was not for the spot mentioned on the top. There is also some light, spotty exterior haze. These things are not bad and take nothing away from this Melchers gin bottle. No scratches, major chips or stain or cracks. Circa 1870's.  $45.00

BG-6  11" tall, dark yellow / olive green color glass, turn mold cylinder form, applied collared top and a smooth base. Nice applied glass seal on shoulder of bottle reads : " ERVIN L. BOLS / HET LOOTSJE / AMSTERDAM "  Base has " 3/4 L. " embossed on it. Near mint condition with only some light interior and exterior haze. Not bad! No chips, cracks, heavy stain or dings. Circa 1870 -80's.  $45.00

BG-11 11" tall,  yellow / green color glass, A lot darker in the top and base. Please see my second picture. Free blown form with a very crude applied top and a sand pontil base. There is so much going for this piece. It screams with age! The glass is very crude with nice whittle and texture. A nice early porter or ale bottle. No chips, cracks, scratches or stain. Circa 1840's - 50's.  $85.00

BG-12   I have a few of these bottles for sale. All have various forms of stain & wear. There are so much going for these pieces. They all scream with age! The glass on these are crude with nice whittle and texture. I have never cleaned the bottles pictured. They could use a good bath and scrubbing! Nice early porter or ale bottles with various forms of wear. Most of these would respond well to a pro-clean. No large chips, cracks. Circa 1840's - 50's.
